“Better than expected. Convenient kitchen.”

Wauw I really enjoyed staying here, the room was good we had our own small kitchen which was great to make our own breakfast and lunch. And there was a nice space to sit outside. Stayed 5 nights and they kept the place clean, changed the sheets halfway through. Yeah the bathroom wasn't in the best shape, the showerhead was bad, the toilet seat a little loose and no mirror. We had good wifi in room 7.

Not much. Our room stank of mould and didn't look clean at all...we asked to move rooms, and the next room just smelled really strongly of bleach (to cover up the mould smell). It was deserted there, which doesn't surprise me. We actually left after 30 minutes to book another place down the road. For the price charged they really need to do a better job at maintaining the place.

We had a very nice stay there, the lady who gave us the keys was very nice and helpful. The room was big and also a small kitchen was there what we really appreciated. Hot water was also provided. Wifi was quite week but it was possible to use it. It is very centrally located.

We loved our stay at Casa los Abuelos. The location is very convenient and quiet at night. Close to the beach and all amenities. Daily cleaning service was much appreciated. Comfortable beds, AC, wifi reached our room, kitchenette was great.

Close to the harbour and the beach. It was clean, with hot water, and free coffee. We had a problem with our toilet which they fixed 10min after our arrival.

- Nice room with fridge, coffee machine (with coffee provided), and hot shower. - Good value for the island. - The cleaning staff were lovely. - The WIFI listed on the sign at the WIFI zone didn’t reach the rooms, but when we told the staff they promptly provided the password to a much better signal.

Room is near the main street. Affordable bikes.

“nice stay in Holbox”

good location - not far from the beach, a little bit aways from the village center so less noise and traffic. golf cart taxi from the ferry to the hotel was only 100 pesos. staff were extremely nice and accomodating. on the first night the roof of our room was leaking due to heavy rain and they tried to fix it as best as they could and even offered us a new room. cleaning every day. clean bed sheets. small kitchen with microwave (no place to plug in the fridge tho, so we were not able to use it). working ac and fan that squeaks like an old bycicle. small patio with chairs in front of the room. dark blinds on the windows. one of the beds were comfortable, the other was like sleeping on small balls. nice music coming in from the restaurant next door. lovely garden area.

The room was good the little sitting area out side room was great and they had a coffee machine and little fridge which made it for me plus beds very comfortable ☺️ aso shower good...all good

It was a cheap stay at a good location. Its only 7 minutes walking from the harbor and there are a couple of great food spots very nearby.

The accomodation was perfectly fine for the cost. Beds were clean and comfortable, bathroom was fine and shower was hot. The mirror was great and the outside seating area perfect. The fridge and coffee machine was also a welcomed facility. The aircon unit worked well but we only needed it once as the rooms kept a comfortable temperature. The staff were friendly and helpful when you found them but it wasn't clear how to contact or find them when needed.

Good location and the room is large and clean.

Excellent location - quiet and very comfortable. Even when some roads were flooded, this part of the island is not affected. The shower is relatively warm - not hot but fine for the weather. Rooms have quiet AC and a fridge. Place was clean. Washing lines outside to dry your wet clothes after a day in the sea.

Very good location, close to the ferry terminal, city center and beach. All walking distance.
