The hotel is very well located, directly on the beach and within walking distance of the center. The room was comfortable overall and the beach atmosphere was very relaxing

Everything was perfect in terms of the room, view, comfort etc. Location is amazing and the beach is right there.

We were in room 3, and it was great for our family with 2 kids, ages 6 and 1.5. It was very convenient proxymitynumber to the beach from our room due to the baby afternoon sleep. Room had everything what we needed. Highly recommended for families!

The location was absolutely stunning. Beautiful beach and beautiful sunsets. The staff at this hotel were the best. The check in process was very efficient and the front desk staff very, very friendly and helpful at all times. Aurelio and Francisco in the breakfast area were absolutely amazing, keeping that very busy place in order while always smiling and being very friendly with everyone, assisting customers with being seated and keeping the coffee flowing 😆. The beachfront bar/restaurant was excellent. The waiters were very efficient and very, very friendly. Javy, in particular, was outstanding. He was always there when we wanted food ( which was excellent, by the way) or beer and Margaritas. The lady that looked after our room (204) always had a smile and always did an excellent job. I wish I could remember her name as deserves a lot of credit.

“Perfect and above expectations”

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were good and clean. Nothing to remark on and what you can expect of a hotel on a island. I've read a some negative comments but nothing of that which I could see. The beachclub is also very convenient. You really have everything around the hotel. This one is saved and I'll become a regular guest here.

Unfortunately housekeeping is going through your luggage, looking for cash. This is why I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

The beach staff were so lovely and helpful. The atmosphere at the beach was amazing. Rooms very clean and the location was spot on! Hotel went quiet from 9pm so great quiet spot near town.

Nice, big, and clean room. Great access to the beach. Family-friendly. Breakfast is the same every other day, which introduces a bit of variety. You can count on a visit from the local raccoon family that enjoyed playing on our balcony.
