“Great place to relax and deconnect”
Our apartment was very comfortable and we had a lot of space. We really enjoyed staying there. From the kitchen, bathroom and the rooms everything was perfect.

An amazing stay at Holbox Deluxe. Very attentive and friendly staff, lovely environment, cute breakfast and nice to be a short walk from the hustle and bustle. Eva in particular was a great help to arrange our transfers as well as a trip to chichen itza - she really went the extra mile. Juan Jose, the hotel manager regularly checked in to see if all was okay and all we could ever say was that everything was great!

“The perfect spot in Holbox.”
Fantastic place, we stayed at an incredible suite room with a breathtaking terrace overlooking the pool. The whole place is beautiful, and the stuff super helpful. Frida was very attentive with all the info we needed and allowed us to use the facilities even after our check out.

We loved everything, great location- quite oasis, two minutes from beautiful beach and still not far- walking distance - from the centre, staff very helpful and friendly, amazing room and kitchenette, nice swimming pool, basic breakfast with fresh, tasty fruit, great atmosphere. Thank you

“Let down at premium price”
Casa Nuup promises a slice of paradise on Isla Holbox. And in fairness, paradise does have good WiFi and decent shower pressure here, so that’s something.

“Great place for families to stay in Holbox”
I can honestly recommend this place. We stayed at Holbox Deluxe Apartments for 8 days as family of four. The place is very well located - not too close to noisy city-center, yet not too far - just 5 minutes walk to cafes/shops etc. The beach is just a 1 minute walk away. A very cosy and clean place with very friendly and helpful staff. As we had a chance to warship and check Holbox during a week-long stay, I know this is definitely a choice worth the price, compared to other options we had considered before. Also: the beach is more cameral than in north part of the island.

“Good experience 😊”
In our experience, the place was clean, we liked the location, close to the center and a few steps from the beach, and yet quite surrounding. The receptionist was nice and attentive, we told him about the towels and he took care of it right away.

This small hotel is very cozy, staff is nice and helpful, rooms were tidy and modern. Beach is very close that has amazing beach bar, kept coming back to it every day. Beach itself is not the nicest one but its ok.

“Unprofessional and dishonest management”
After we complained about the misleading information, we were upgraded to a superior room. The room itself was very spacious and nicely decorated (although it still suffered from serious soundproofing issues, see below).

“Fantastic”
Great location near the beach. Relaxed vibe, chill oasis on a small stroll from the bustling village centre. Nice pool and great service. We forgot some money in our bedroom. The staff transferred it via the cardless cash withdrawal of their bank. Grateful for this effort and honesty. Would highly recommend this place.

“A great option for families.”
The three bedroom apartment was lovely - a really good size and nicely decorated. The living room has wide windows which slide open and have insect screens, which made the room feel very open to the outside. We also used the roof terrace a lot - really nice breeze up there and very spacious, quiet and private.
