Lovely host. Fabulous studio, really quirky and creative. had my own patio area. away from the noise of town but only 10 minutesto get to the centre. . 2 minutes walk to the beach.

I'd 100% recommend to stay here when you come to Holbox! Superb large and clean rooms, nice relaxed vibe, great location. The roof terrace has wonderful sunset views. Easy communication with Alex, who proved to be a very friendly and responsive host. Due to a last-minute flight cancellation we had to change our dates of stay, which was no problem. We were able to stay a bit longer after check-out because the next guests were arriving late.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Vainilla. The location was perfect for us; close to the beach, quite and calm and within walkable distance to the centre and other places, too. The roof terrace was nice for eating breakfast and watching the sunset.

The host was very nice and helped us with anything we needed. Great location near the "city center" and near the Refugio dog shelter.

It’s the second time I’m staying here and defently not the last time… Alex the owner is very friendly and helpful, the location is great just 10 minutes walking to the centre which it makes much more quiet at night. It has a magnificent rooftop to watch the sunsets, a pool and just 1 minute from the beach! Defently recommend it!!

Spacious apartment room, has everything you need including kitchen, fridge and coffee machine. Good location and nice host.

“Great stay”

Nice location just 2min walk from the beach and 10-12min walk to the Holbox letters at the pier (walking along the beach). The room was spacious and clean with good air con and fan and fridge. There is a small pool which we didn't use as the beach is so close. A roof top terrace with chairs and hammocks to chill out. Arturo was very friendly and welcomed us and showed us the house and took us to the roof top to explain the area and general directions to get around. Great stay there and I would recommend and would stay there again.

It was a beautiful experienced! We loved our room, it was colorful, cozy, and clean. The building is located close to the beach, and to the center. It was quiet, we only could hear the birds, and very relaxing. Highly recommended!

“In love with this place”

This place is amazing! Very nice people, super clean, big rooms with friendly atmosphere. The absolute highlight is the food (breakfast&dinner)! Roberta Is your chef - she is from Italy an makes the best fettuccine and lasagne and tiramisu. All ingredients are fresh and the pasta is homemade. She puts so much love and passion in her food, you really can taste it! But also the breakfast was just amazing! I really can recommend this place for people who appreciate good food and a nice atmosphere. We just loved it! Thank you for the great time!

I loved the room ( so colourful,clean and quiet location ) and the terrace with swings..wonderful sunset and sunrise. The manager was amazing, kind and provided us with great tips.

The room was nice and friendly, very comfortable big bed, the rooftop was also very nice and calm, a good spot for breakfast! The room has a fridge and coffee maker. Host was very nice and adviced us for ways without walking through the water. Area of the Hotel was calm

“Lovely place on Holbox”

A lovely place to stay when on Holbox, nice and clean room. The host was very friendly, we had a lovely chat.

We’ve been here 2 times and had a great stay both times! Alejandro and Roberta are super kind hosts. The rooms are decorated with a lot of love and are fantastic to spend time in. Same goes for the lovely rooftop where you can just hang in the hammock and enjoy. It’s also very close to the beach, which is a big plus in Holbox!

“The apt was adequate for our stay but could use a few small touches.”

The owner was very hospitable. He supplied beach towels when asked.We were on the top floor , and our view was very nice. He arranged for taxis at our request. Overall he did a good job to make our stay pleasant. The owner also spoke English which was a big boost.
