Tereza the host is absolutely amazing! She helped us with all our questions and made lots of good suggestions where to eat and what to do on Holbox. She also keeps really good care of her property. The rooms look exactly like on the pictures and are kept in impeccable state. we would come back here if we are in Holbox again!

The host was super friendly and welcoming! She gave us lots of tips and made us feel like home. The rooms are designed nicely and the bed was super comfortable. The common area was nice and helped getting to know the other guests. We had a great stay!

The property was very small, but also very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the bed was great. Would definitely recommend. Lastly, the host is very kind and helps you with any questions you might have

“Calm and connection”

So glad I found Nuup! (Mayan word for connection - which I found here) Theresa is a breath of fresh air, warm and welcoming and she keeps the place spotlessly clean. I stayed over NY. Perfect little hideaway spot in a great location. Not in the thick of the busy spots but good access to it. I would highly recommend. Especially to solo female travellers.

“Lovely get away on the island”

Lovely self contained apartment, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was amazing, we felt very comfortable here for a weekend. The location is great for going to the beach and our host gave us great recommendations for activities, places to eat and helped us to rent bikes.

Absolutely beautiful hotel room and in a quiet location. Around a 15-minute walk from the town centre and a 5 minute walk from the beach. Teresa, the host, was very helpful, had the room ready for us early, and helped us book a taxi onto town. There is a calm and comfortable communal space outside which is good for socialising or even just relaxing on your own. Bruno, the dog, and Onyx the cat are also perfect hosts! I would recommend this place to anybody visiting Holbox.

“Holbox …only place to stay!!”

Rooms were stunning , clean , spacious and stylish ! The property was on the west of the island and you needed transport to get there but you can walk along the beach to get into the town! Teresa was amazing and a fantastic host!!!! Nothing was any trouble ! This seems new on booking but she has amazing reviews on air b and b !! This place will make Your stay magical.

“Perfect spacious accommodation”

This is one of the most beautiful accommodations, lovely interior and decorations. Very comfortable beds and good wifi. A Mosquito free porch, where you can chill in the hammock. The hostess is very lovely, considered and very helpfull. She gives great recommendations and her English is perfect. We fully recommend this accommodation Casa Nuup in Holbox. Make sure to check the weather, when it rains the island is harder to explore on foot.

“Comfortable and cozy stay, felt very welcomed”

Tere, the host, was warmly welcoming me and I felt comfortable right away. She helped me with many things and gave me good information. The hotel seems very new (she told me, I was the first to book via booking.com, this is why there are no other reviews so far but a lot of external reviews such as on airbnb). Kevin, one hotel staff, was also really nice and showed me the biolumiscence on one evening. Very quiet and peaceful place as it is a bit out of the center: good for sleeping as in the city it is very loud with music.
