We stayed at Casa Mech for one night and had a wonderful experience! The room was lovely and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the little touches from our host, Mauricio—super friendly, with a warm welcome and lots of thoughtful gestures and helpful tips. A true favorite for both this hotel and Holbox!

“Relaxing stay with excellent hosts”

Simple, well appointed accommodation. The owners were very helpful with advice about the island, where to eat etc. They provided a light breakfast of fruit and pastries, which was a very nice touch. The roof terrace with the pool was an added bonus.

Perfect location a short walk from the main town and beach. Lovely and quiet and the bed was super comfortable. Lovely shaded spot with a plunge pool on the roof top which was a great spot after returning from the beach.

What a great place to stay in Holbox! The siblings who manages the hotel were so sweet and accommodating, especially the sister was very helpful and kind with everything regarding our stay. Rooms were very clean and while small everything was thought through. Outlets at bedsides, comfortable beds, separate towels for going to the beach, earplugs (there was a construction nearby, didn't bother us though), plenty of space for hanging clothes etc. Booked only one night, wished we could've stayed here longer!

Mauricio and his sister are the best hosts ever! So kind and helpfull, everything was possible. They really made it feel like home on the island.

The place is beautifully decorated, with high attention to details, both in the room and the common areas. The host Mauricio was extremely helpful and kind. He recommended a kayaking activity to observe the bioluminescence, and it was truly amazing. We definitely recommend staying here!

Our room was basic but clean and comfortable, especially the large bed. We enjoyed spending time relaxing on the sun loungers on the rooftop. Mauricio was a great host.

Absolutely lovely place, well cared for and clean. The hosts are incredible, so friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean and silent at night. Lovely free breakfast with fruits, fresh coffee and pastries every morning!

Wonderful place with excellent, central and however peaceful location, great hosts who were always ready to help and give advice, room cleaning, wifi etc. all worked really well. Muchas gracias por todo🙏

The owners were very welcoming. The building is beautiful and in a great location. The roof top is a good sun trap. It was my birthday while we were there and they decorated our room!

Amazing host and cosy and clean room! The weather was unfortunately not really good when we were at Isla Holbox. Luckily our host made up for it with his warm and welcoming personality!
