“Take ear plugs & a sense of humor”
Basic, small design suitable for tight budget travelers with effective ear plugs; if guests obey "lodging rules", then it would be an OK place to be as the patio on the 2nd floor seems spacious enough for lounging, with view of roof tops. The pool is the size of a room jacuzzi, enough space for 3 people to sit in. Owner seems nice. The friend who cleans the rooms are friendly. Shower AC seemed to work...but we barely used either being that it was winter cool.

“It's a little small and noisy but a good location”
The location was good, as it was in the centre, meaning it wasn't far to walk when finding shops/places to eat and the beach. The room had working air conditioning, which was perfect after coming in from the hot sunshine. This place has a terrace which has been great for sunbathing and if you want a day where you want to spend little money. The bed was comfortable, and had a blanket for in case guests felt cold. The bathroom is quite small but clean and has a selection of shampoo and conditioner available. The staff were lovely and were happy to help with any questions/provide guests with extra items if needed. One staff member has a lovely dog, who makes the experience enjoyable!
