Quaint guesthouse out in the countryside with easy access to outdoor activities and lots of pretty countryside as well as the Suntory Hakushu distillery. Bike hire is free and a good way to explore the area. The host is a very helpful and friendly man who is very accommodating of requests from guests.

“Best Hostel 🥇🥇🥇”
We are so happy with EVERYTHING! A definite 10/10 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻! Owner is so thoughtful and generous 🥰 He provides all amenities, comfortable beddings, free sandwiches,snacks and drinks, powerful shower and hot tub to soak. Our room has twin beds, two sofas and loads of comics and toys for family stay. There are many hiking spots but unfortunately for us, sudden cold weather hits 😭, we will definitely stay here again, my best hostel so far😍!

I had a great expierence staying in that guest house. Owner was friendly and supportive. All information have been send in time, check in was smooth and room expected my expectation. Kotatsu and comfortable bed, some free food in fridge. I would reccomend this place to stay

“A stay reminiscent of Grandparent visits as a child.”
Very homely accomodation. House host was very friendly and up for a chat and a laugh. Accomodation itself reminded me of staying at grandparents house as a child. Location was remote which was perfect for me travelling mountains. Food and beer provided in fridge.

The owner is really kind and offered to pick me up and drop me off at the station, which made getting to the guesthouse much easier. There were food and drinks in the fridge when I arrived which was a great touch! It is a lovely location in the countryside and there is plenty of nature to explore. There are a few resturants, coffee shops and convience stores in the area which walking/biking distance. Would highly recommend!
