The Pioneer Hotel does not supply breakfast. I bought my own breakfast items with me.The hotel has what they describe as a "Breakfast Nook" which supplies crockery cutlery, a fridge for guests to store private foods, drinks, milk etc and hot water tea and coffee. Any extras must be supplied by guests. Having started previously I knew what I needed to bring with me.

“Extremely enjoyable”
Oozing charm. Exceptionally clean. Warm and comfortable. John and Michelle (proprietors) very nice people and it was fun mingling with the patrons.

Comfortable rooms and within walking distance to Main Street. Staff accomodating with late check in. Basic kitchen facilities enough for making tea and coffee.

“Lovely!”
Comfortable beds, very cosy blankets and a good little heater! I liked the old pub vibe, but it might not be everyone's cup of tea. Staff were friendly and offered to change our towels & top up tea, coffee, ect during the stay. We found it easy to walk into town for everything we needed. Overall it was quite nice.

“Fantastic food good staff and freindly bar patrons”
the food was astounding every meal i saw was good, price was good as well. Speaking to some of the locals at the boat racing they had all been there for meals many times. Rooms were good all you need for your stay good beds. Shared showers and Toilets were clean kitchenette area clean. it is an old pub and the patrons were freindly and sociable. Off street parking for motorbikes get a few in there was a bonus.
