Breakfast provisions were plentiful. Location was ideal, quiet and the farm animals were a delight.

Friendly welcome. Very modern ,with little sitting out area in a peaceful location. A short ride by car to the town. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay. excellent breakfast provided…juice, yoghurts, cereals, fruit, toast and jams, tea & coffee.

Everything! It was spotlessly clean and everything was to a high standard. The kitchenette was brilliant. Lovely to have a nice outdoor space to sit. The hosts are really friendly and Kelly’s communication is fantastic.

Very nice welcome from the hostess. The room is very nicely furnished, especially the bathroom is perfectly equipped. Amazing environment on the farm with direct contact with the animals. A bit cramped space for preparing food, but sufficient for one night.

Our stay was amazing, Kelly was an outstanding host, she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Facilities were 10 out of 10, the BNB was in close proximity to town and any activities you may chose to do. I would definitely recommend 3 Mile BnB to anyone wanting a home away from home.
