I had already paid the full amount through Booking.com before I arrived, but they charged me again because they said they couldn’t find the reservation in their system. When I checked out, they only refunded half of the money and still haven’t returned the remaining amount. I’m very disappointed with this experience.

May not be newly built but certainly very well maintained. They have connecting rooms which is perfect for my family. They even have theme room for the children. Very thoughtful of the hotel staff. Near a mall, so it is very convenient.

“Lovely hotel”

“Fantastic”
Thanks to Cherry and her team we had another fantastic stay at Wanda Vista. The executive lounge is still closed due to covid, but w had free drinks alnd snacks in the lobby bar. Really friendly and helpful staff and a great dinner and breakfast.

Overall my stay was wonderful, from the well appointed room and excellent facilities to the delicious breakfast and dinner. I believe the hotel is excellent value for money and, although a little far from the city centre, it is seconds away from a metro station as well as several bus stops; it’s also super convenient to/from both the airport and east railway station. I must also mention the staff, all of whom were incredibly friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier on my part.
