My 3 girls liked the hotel very much. For example swimming pool was so good

I stayed at this hotel and overall it was okay. The food was good, the staff were friendly, and the location and view were nice. The buffet and room were also good.

They're listed on Booking.com but don't respond to messages in booking.com app or emails via booking.com or the arrival arrangements request. Don't know why they list with Booking.com as they're uncontactable via booking.com app.

“Clean, comfortable overnight stay”

We arrived late and had to leave the next morning so choose the Sheraton as it was close to the train station. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom very clean. The room had a slight smell of stale smoke but not too bad. The breakfast had good options for westerners and coffee was pretty good

The drain in the shower was choked and the bathroom was flooded on our first night there. The plumber came very fast to clear it. However, when we requested for room service to clean the shower floor, the cleaner was very reluctant to clean up the mess. She kept on saying that there's nothing to clean. The hotel would need to counsel this cleaner. The telephone was also broken and was unable to contact the front desk. I had to use the booking app to contact. The air cond was making loud noise in the middle of the night. When i feedbacked to the front desk the next morning, it was fixed. Good job. Curtain was torn. Stains on table. Another drain hole was choked in our last night there, causing the bathroom to flood partially. Service staff was good, except that one cleaner. Aged facilities that need to look into.

The room and the breakfast was perfect! The staff was really attentive (even though they spoke only very little English), we could even stay a bit longer in the room than checkout time.

“Value for money, good location.”

The location was good and the facilities were new. We enjoyed the swimming pool. The swimming pool staff were really friendly, we didn't have a swim cap and no cash in our pocket either. But the staff lent us a swim cap. Thank you for borrowing the cap.
