“not satisfied”
The only way to access the spa is by obtaining a card from the reception, but the reception omly works 3-4 hours a day and you have to wait for them open in order to access spa. super uncomfortable. for 2 nights, we didnt get to use the spa. before reserving, this was not mentioned, otherwise i would have chosen a different hotel. be aware
