“Amazing location and super room and facilities”
Amazing location with views over the fjords. The swimming pool was just down the road. Really good supermarket opposite too. Lovely welcome from the owner. Little kitchen was good for a microwave dinner and breakfast. Car parking outside the front door.

Everything was really great, it seemed that there were no other guests during my stay so I could enjoy the overall silence, the stunning view from the window, the sound of the stormy sea A supermarket and fuel station was right there, also the outdoor swimming pool which could be used in the evening

The location was very nice, right next to the water, with a great view from the parking lot. It was cleans and it had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped as well. There was a small supermarket across the street which was useful in the morning. The heating was good and I appreciated that there was a radiator in the bathroom. The bed was confortable.

Great place to stay within walking distance to the public pool and a supermarket / gas station. Each room has a private bath and there’s a shared kitchen with a fridge and microwave oven.

“A typical Icelandic guesthouse in a gem of a village”
This is a standard Icelandic village guesthouse which is basically a converted house that is rented out. It is all self-check-in and I never met any staff. The location is wonderful. The room was clean with private bathroom (with shower) and shared kitchen (which is very small and quite basic).
