I could not hype this place enough. It was wonderful!! In the middle of grassy planes with sheep grazing. Amazing views of the mountains that you could see even when in bed! Local Cousine with farm to table ingredients! Happy staff!! It was wonderful!! I could not recommend it enough!

The room we rented was a double room in a shared house on the second floor. It was very spacious, with a beautiful view from the window, and the bathroom in the room was modern, very clean, and felt quite new. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options to choose from, including boiled eggs, very tasty bread, butter, cheeses, sliced meats, and yoghurt with different toppings.

It was a remote location but it was really worth it! The staff was very informative and welcoming.

Very nice big new room. Beautiful view of the glacier. The staff is super helpful and nice. Breakfast is good with eggs, fruits, home made bread and cake. Also you have a tea station available any time.

“Authentic Icelandic Stay”

This stay was amazing :). The personal is really nice, we stayed for 3 days here to discover properly the area. The views are amazing from this point and there is a lot of nature. It feels pure and it is a great experience we would recommend! The breakfast was also great, and they also offer dinners!!

Beautiful location in a calm natural environment. You can see the glacier from the guest house. I booked a room with a shared bathroom: the room had a convenient small sink, the shower and toilet were in a separate shared bathroom. The bathroom was very clean, but I think it is unsufficient for the number of people that share it. The restaurant offers some options for dinner if you don't want to drive to town and breakfast is rich and delicious

The receptionist was very nice and propose to us to eat even when the kitchen was about to close. The room was a small lodge with everything needed and a little bit apart from the rest. Thank you very much

Lovely guesthouse in the middle of nowhere. After 5 days traveling we have finally been able to see the northern lights. Great staff, they also gave me a lot of infos before arriving. One of the best and cheapest place we have stayed
