Super friendly owners, really good restaurant and good served is just excellent. Room very clean and cozy, beds comfortable. Loved the locally made wool blankets which you can buy at the reception.

Surrounded by mountains and a glacier the views are stunning. Despite being within sight of the main road, the room was silent… except for having paper thin walls so conversations were heard.

The rooms were very clean and warm. We were with friends with a small child had a very good games room downstairs., he did not want leave the games also a trampoline outside . Was perfect for anyone with a small child . Had a small kitchen downstairs which you could use if you did not want to eat in a restaurant.

Staff were lovely, room was clean and comfortable, ice cream was delicious. A perfect stop on our road trip!

We arrived very late due to the snowstorm. The owner was very kind and waited for us to check in. When we were trapped because of the weather they even provided us free lunch. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.

“Avoide at all costs, for the sheer amount of bites (over 47) this place is infeasted with bedbugs.”

Nothing at all, I awoke to my bed crawling with bedbugs. I have the photos and videos, over 47 bites all over my arms, hands and legs, furthermore, the hotel's response to this was totally inadequate. They point-blank denied it, even though I killed two bugs on the bed and there was also blood on the sheet. This ruined our holiday as I had to wake the rest of the group, and we flew home early as the sheer amount of bites shocked my immune system and made me ill. The Brunnholl Guesthouse were in denial, less than sympathetic, and offered zero compensation other than the room refund. We are looking into legal action.

A tidy, spacious hotel with excellent possibilities for dining.

Not many options around. Comfortable enough.

The view from our room was beautiful as we saw the nearby glacier. The breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. We would certainly stay here again.

It was an isolated venue and so the Aurora was exceptional.

We stayed in the newer building, and the rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. The ice cream from the dairy was excellent.

The room had a beautiful mountain view, the beds were extremely comfortable, the home-made ice-cream (milk from their own cows) was delicious!
