All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. There is a lovely big reception room where we could sit and wait, and eat, after we checked out of the room. Very comfy bed, wonderful shower, very charming garden. The host made sure we had everything we needed. Good shopping and catering opportunities as soon as you step out the door.

Me and my little dog had a lovely stay, great staff and all the arrangements were perfect, thank you so much! ❤️

Absolutly wonderful staff, great location, very cosy. Would advise everyone to stay there,all in all great stay. The hotel is also pet friendly ground floor room have a garden area so comfortable with pets.

No Vote for Personal because i came at 11 pm and checked in by myself - but this was no Problem and worked fine. Clean rooms, good sleep, fine =)

The radiator didn't work, and there was no hot water in the bathroom. I was freezing and had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. To top it all off, the lights in the entire room went out around 1:00 a.m.

The property was at a walkable distance from the port terminus to allow access to the ferry as well as the metro station with easy access to Rotterdam, Amsterdam. The room was very spacious and the staff was very welcoming. We were allowed to store our luggage as we arrived earlier than the check-in time.

It's a good small hotel in overall. Two guys on reception was really nice and polite, one of them helped us to get bags upstairs. There is unlimited coffee and bottled water in lounge area as well. Is not some luxury hotel, but is good enough, has all what you need and it was clean.

Daniel, the manager, gave us a warm welcome and showed us around pointing out all the facilities . He speaks perfect English which made communication easy as I only speak one language and he gave good advice . The hotel is old but well maintained and has a lot of character . Staying here was a very pleasant experience. There is secure bike parking under cover in the backyard which is good for cycle tourists. The location is very good with shops and restaurants only a short walk away. The ferry terminal and sightseeing venues like the beach are further away but still within walking distance. Our bedroom was roomy and comfortable and all anyone could ask for. The tariff compares very favourably to other hotels we've stayed at in The Netherlands.
