We had a lovely time at the Lodge, the room was very comfortable and quiet. It made us feel at one with nature. The host, Fabian made our stay even more fabulous by being gracious enough to make a little surprise cake and decorate our room as it was my wife's birthday. The jazzy background music during dinner made for a cozy, romantic atmosphere. The food was tasty too and the staff polite and friendly.

We liked everything, especially the owner of the Lodge. He was friendly, inviting, accommodating, and hospitable. And the place is beautiful, classy, and extremely clean. The food was exquisite!!

“Supreme experience”
The hotel is located in a private reserve shared with a few other hotels, Airbnb homes, and private residences. The reserve is very large and fenced, which makes it safe. It is also home to many beautiful animals such as giraffes, zebras, and impalas, among others — no dangerous animals, though. Recommend you take a walk through the property, it's very peaceful. The rooms are very good, with great space and an excellent bathroom that includes both indoor and outdoor showers. The room and hotel décor and furniture are beautiful. Great staff, great food, great rooms. The hotel handled and scheduled our safari game drives for us, which made everything easy. They also offered many different experiences to choose from. The owners were always available to answer questions and ensure we were having a great experience.

“The ideal destination for a special getaway”
We start our honeymoon in this fantastic place. We spent a few days at this location, and it was definitely an experience we will never forget. The entire place has a special charm, time passes differently here. You can walk around and encounter wild animals, swim in the pool or sit by the bonfire in the evening. We chose to stay in a bungalow, and it was an absolutely unique experience. The room is really clean, the bed is very large and comfortable, the bathroom has everything you need and we saw a lot of animals around the bungalow. Fabian, the owner, is very friendly and responded promptly to all our requests. He helped us with information about safaris and booked our airport transfers. The chef is very talented. Everything she cooked for us at dinner was absolutely delicious. For breakfast, they have a wide variety of dishes you can choose from. Since it was also my husband’s birthday, they helped me prepare a surprise for him and made a very delicious cake. All the staff were extremely welcoming, attentive to our needs, and made our stay exceptional. You can tell this is a place built with a lot of love, and we hope to return here one day.

Beautiful lodge located within the Hoedspruit wildlife estate. Floriane is a professional and friendly host. Rooms are spacious with an in- and outside shower. Breakfast is really great.
