The pool, tent, location (in a reserve) was very cool. The staff was very nice and we got a lot of information about the area and animals. And great game drives! With the open 4x4 the views are not blocked perfect for taking pictures

The Accommodation offered was not up to the advertised standard Grubby Tents just generally more a Backpackers standard My guests from USA refused to stay thus I had to drive back into Hoedspruit on a challenging long dirt road and book into satisfactory Accommodation at less than half the price The owner Roxanne was unsympathetic and basically rude in handling my plight Needless to say I am resorting to Litigation to get my money back.

We found Rukiya on someones blog, and it was beyond what we expected. The location, the atmosphere, the food, and the staff were fantastic. The safaris were something else, the guides were awesome at tracking and finding animals, birds and snakes (The Black mamba a particular favourite). If you want a special trip with exceptional guides, with passion and knowledge, look no further, you have found it. Conright the guide, and his prodigies, well you made our stay!

The service was just excellent from the staff. We did not see the big 5 on game drive but the guides made it worth a while even without the big 5.

extremely friendly and helpful staff! Comfortable tents with very good beds. Good food for lunch and dinner with dietary options. Game drives in the area or, if you look for the big cats, in the greater Kruger area - ranger Wisdom is absolutely amazing!

Very clean and nice camp and ideal for a game drive ! There is also a beautiful pool where you can relax between game drives. Especially the staff was very kind and they did everything to make our stay just perfect. Also the food was really amazing and the tents where very comfortable! We would definitely come back!

the riverside location was stunning and the placement of the various tents preserved all privacy and prevented peeking in. The resort itself has plenty of wildlife that can be observed during evening game drives (morning game-drive takes the guest to nearby excellence reserve, with possibility to observe big5). Both breakfast, lunch and dinner offered a varied and nice selection and the service and dining area was well cared for.The morning and evening game drives were handled to perfection by well-versed guides who reassured visitors and whose extensive knowledge of the park's fauna and flora helped make the game drives successful and beautiful experiences.

The place was amazing. The view was great and the food was delicious.
