Overview
Situated in the Hobro Forest, Hotel Amerika offers free parking and rooms with free internet access and a TV. Paths lead from the hotel to the Mariager Fjord, 300 metres away. All guest rooms at Amerika Hotel have a private bathroom and a work desk. In the summer the hotel restaurant serves an à la carte menu with sea food and French-inspired dishes in a traditionally decorated dining hall. The extensive wine menu is designed to fit each menu. “Very peaceful stopover.”
Very quiet location in a forest set a few kilometres from the town. The restaurant was closed when we stayed so we had to eat elsewhere. Comfortable beds. Safe storage for bicycles.

“Pricey but good facilities and nice staff”
Breakfast was good. I really liked the buffet, but overall quite expensive, and one time the food ran out and did not get refilled very fast. It seemed there was not enough for everyone which was a real shame. But overall the facilities were good. And the staff were really nice and helpful.

“This hotel is remarkable and makes you want to return.”
The very exclusive and high end appearance of the hotel. Nice and cosy reception area. Great breakfast and restaurant with a fantastic view in the garden. And again: A very, very friendly and attentive staff, always greeting you and wiching you the best for the day.

“Exceptional breakfast, lovely staff.”
We've spent 2 months touring Scandinavia and northern Europe and the Amerika takes the prize of providing the best breakfast - genuinely exceptional. The staff were delightful too, from Peter at the front desk to the waiters - we thought it would just be a quick late night stopover but it was much more worthwhile than that.
