Overview
Located next to the Hobro Forest, this hostel offers a shared kitchen and TV lounge, free Wi-Fi and a large garden. Walking paths to Mariager Fjord are just outside the door. Danhostel Hobro’s rooms include a table and chairs as well as a private bathroom. Many rooms offer forest views. Bedlinen are included in the prices. Chilled Danish beers and water are available for purchase on site. Hot drinks are free. Barbeque equipment can be used during summer months. Only 50 km away is the popular Djurs Sommerland Theme Park, which features Europe’s biggest water coaster. Guests enjoy free private parking at Hobro Danhostel.

“Great for an overnight stay at a reasonable price.”
We arrived on two bikes and not knowing how the hostel system works we were guided by a guest as being late afternoon there were no staff there. Facilities are good for self catering. For an overnight stay it was comfortable enough.

“Great hostel.”
Gale force winds resulted in us leaving our campsite in the north and needing overnight accommodation. We were so fortunately to find it. Super facilities and very comfortable. Loved the games room.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. There are common rooms and kitchen, so it is nice if you travel with kids and other families. The breakfast is very good - not a big variety of goods but very tasty.

“Pool advertising is deceiving”
It is a cheap option in the area compared to a regular hotel and it has the basic to pass the night. The kitchen area offers a good choice for alternative breakfast and dinner.
