“Fantastic stay, beautiful hotel, we will be back!”
Anastasia on reception was fantastic when we were checking in. Managed to get into our rooms earlier which was a massive bonus for us and also on our last day they kept our luggage after check out so we could use the pool etc until it was time for us to leave. Fabulous hotel, really enjoyed our stay.

“Everything is left to chance!”
It's a total disaster! You leave your vacation tired! A lot of noise, very loud music, screaming and yelling, you can't sleep until 03:00! The pools close at 18.00 but customers use them all night and no one from the staff does anything! Very dirty plates and cutlery, you have to try 10 to find a clean one! For the first time I waited for the vacation to end faster and to escape! In the attached picture, it is the place where you had to sit in the shade and serve a coffee or tea. Is it normal for there to be people at the beach in the bar area and no one takes any action???

“Very bad stay”
We didn't like our experience at all. This is clearly not a 5 star hotel. We were supposed to stay 5 nights, we left after the first one. The air conditioning and wifi were not working. There was a very bad smell in the rooms, a smell of moist and humidity that was super bad. They knew about it since the walls were covered in styro foam - what a shame! When we tried to let them know about this issue and tried to change rooms, they said "just spray perfume and the smell will go away". We were able to change rooms after a long talk with the manager but then again the room smelled like poop. The restaurant is not even clean, we found a dead mosquito in one of our plates. The food was not even well presented. We do NOT recommend this Hotel.

I really liked the amazing nature here and how this resort use the beach in a horizontal way to ease the access to the wonderful beach. During our stay, Friday night show “Mongolian Acrobats” was exceptional🤩 We also enjoyed the Karoeke night on Saturday. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful with any requests or questions.

“Amazing, relaxing family hotel”
Had an amazing stay. Food selection was great, cakes looks pretty but didn’t taste that great but that wasn’t a showstopper! Hotel was kept clean at all times, staff were amazing. Entertainment was in Russian, we didn’t understand anything but non the less we enjoyed it.

“Never again”
Only good thing about this hotel was the people who was working there except the lobby bartender.
