The young male staff wearing eye glasses and the female staff with on our arrival are very warm, nice and friendly. The male staff wearing glasses even booked a taxi for us not like the male staff who is working on our check out did not even make and effort just bluntly said taxi are very busy in the morning without even trying. We are 2 elderly couples and walking to the station with luggages are quite a challenge.

“Slightly cheaper for a room with private bathroom.”
Price was really good, room was clean and big enough for Japan and it also provided a free breakfast, although I didn't take part. I had a nice view from the corner room, 8th floor. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste plus water.

Polite, attentive and friendly staff. Tried their best to accommodate me (I have very little knowledge of the japanese language). I got free breakfast which made the start of the day much easier.
