The staff were really.friendly and helpful, the lobby serves coffee and snacks for free. The hotel is well situated in the city. The room is really large for Japan with great views over the whole city, and views from the bathroom too

I liked that they had luggage storage, so I could leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out. I loved the laundry room; I was able to wash and dry my clothes after days of traveling.

“One Night Stay in Hiroshima”
The room was big with and unusual layout as there was full length window into shower and another on the other side of the shower to the outside world. both windows had blinds. The room was bid compared to others and the bed were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location was good. short walk to peace park. We took a taxi to/from the train station. staff were friendly and helpful.

“Hiroshima stay”
Excellent stay. Have been here for a few nights and it has been an exceptional experience. The comfort of the bed had me sleeping for a full 8 hours. The location was good and the staff were amazing. Would come here again if I am visiting the city once more.

“Good location for exploring Hiroshima and surrounding area”
Great location and within an easy walk of the Peace park and Castle. Only a 7 minute walk to the Tram line to Miyajima Ferry terminal and Hiroshima Station. Many good bars and restaurants' within a 3-10 minute walk. Onsite restaurant. Free snacks and drinks in the lobby daily between 3 and 7 pm.

“Fabulous.”
Super comfy rooms and beds, with everything you need. Great views. Lovely staff with some fluent English speakers. Breakfast was excellent. The free coffee and snacks and a nice lobby area made all the difference for solo travellers. They should work on making the lobby even more inviting, as it makes all the difference.
