the staff were incredibly helpful, we required assistance with finding an English speaking doctor and the lady at reception was terrific, helping us to find somewhere nearby who was able to speak English and treat us. additionally, we loved the rooftop onsen especially the outdoor bath! facilities were lovely and especially the staff location was conveniently close to the Shinkansen and accessible to other tourist attractions

Great location it was close to the train station and to the everything we wanted to see. Everything you would need if it wasn’t already provided you could rent (hair tools) staff were amazing.

“Great stay in Hiroshima”
The bath house on top with a view over the city is definitely one of its best selling points. The distance to the trainstation was also not far, which is nice when travelling with a bagback.

Nice hot spring bath including one outside one. The men's area was much bigger than the women's... But maybe they swap over. Very close to the station and easy to leave luggage before check-in and after check out. Helpful staff.

“Nice if you're a solo male traveller. Watch out for the shady parking.”
The included breakfast was quite a nice surprise. The onsen facilities for men were spacious, with a beautiful nighttime view looking south over the Hiroshima skyline. The staff, upon check-in, and for the first two days, were incredibly nice. The shift that took over on day three however, that's a new story... Please see below.

“A very pleasant stay in a comfortable hotel in a good location.”
Our twin room on the 3rd floor was very spacious and included a microwave. The hotel is very well positioned for the main rail and bus links as well as a large supermarket just across the road. The bath on the 10th floor was an added bonus!

The staff helped us with the heating when we didn't understand the instructions because they were in Japanese.
