Highly recommended! Actually, it exceeded my expectations! Independent toilet, Independent bathroom and a kitchen in the room, it's really amazing to me.

Really spacious room well designed and clean. Position perfect for proximity to a train station on the line to Miyajima and for the presence of a few nice local restaurant not frequented by tourists.

Good value for money as Hiroshima is expensive! Located near JR and tram line. Room was clean with good facilities, particularly the washing machine and the possibility to dry your clothes in the bathroom with its heat/ventilation system! Manager went out of his way to help us when my friend had a medical incident and he called an ambulance. He really helped with translation and was very kind. We were very grateful to him ☺️

Staff were excellent and very friendly, especially the gentlemen who checked us in.

I felt welcomed and appreciated, the facilities were exceptional, comfortable and I could do clothes washing free of charge.

This hotel surprised me! I changed our booking a couple of nights prior as I'd had enough of capsule hotels by then and found this one in Hiroshima. The rooms were spacious, with a bathtub and separate toilet. There was a kitchen, although mysteriously not a pot, pan or any other cooking supplies to be found. This meant we effectively couldn't use it. However, the view from the balcony and the restaurant we found across the road made up for that! The staff were lovely and the price for what we got was exceptional.

The space in the property was really good. There were sliding doors to separate spaces. The wooden hot tub was good in its own room separate from the bathroom with a shower between the two.

everything I needed was there, clean, comfortable, nice. Good price/value ratio. Location could be a little better. Happy with the stay.

The personnel is extremely friendly and helpful. They helped send a box to another hotel. The procedure was easy and quick. The room was spacious and clean, with a lot of different equipments (even a washing machine) and a bathtub. It is probbaly the best value for money hotel I have ever been. I strongly recommend.

Thanks to the manager, we were given an upgrade. The location is near to all the facilities.
