It is a modern hotel with good facilities. The room with clean, well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The staff in reception were so helpful and the hotel is in a great location; within walking distance of the Peace Memorial Park.

“Excellent hotel and very helpful staff”

The hotel is super clean, with large and very comfortable rooms, two double beds, a large bathroom with separate sink area and separate toilet. It had lots of lighting options and a separate tea/coffee/sink area. It was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in Japan, I was sorry it was for 1 night only. Walking distance to the Peace Park and Museum. We lost a wallet on the streetcar and the lady at reception was super helpful and spent a lot of time assisting us successfully retrieve it. We truly appreciated it. I would have given top marks to the hotel in any case but this made our stay even more memorable. Many thanks!

Very nice and attentive staff! Spacious room with a kitchenette! The hotel is a bit smaller than most hotels and felt personal. Coin laundry was convenient.

“Clean and spacious hotel”

This hotel was the most spacious hotel I have ever stayed at in Japan for the room, bathroom and balcony. The hotel is near Fuji supermarket and the multiple streetcar stations are within walking distance. There is a bike rental upfront as well which I unfortunately didn't get the time to try.

I only stayed here one night, but I wish I stayed for more- by far the best value for money out of all the places I stayed on my Japan trip. Room was perfectly clean, bathroom was very spacious and lovely. The staff was very friendly and let me leave my luggage after check out, giving me time to explore Miyajima island in the morning. When I returned to pick my luggage, i was also handed the yakult that I accidentally left in my room-which was nice because I was expecting it to already be discarded of, or taken. I will be returning here next time I visit Japan again :)

Location cleanliness size of the room

Beds were excellent. I slept like a baby. Big room and bathroom. A solid relief from the usual Asian style small hotels.

Fabulous small hotel. Very good facilities. Room has small kitchen area with fridge and microwave and bathroom with shower and bathtub (which you can fill automatically at the time you want your bath, with choice of water temperature. Quiet street about 10 minutes walk from Peace Museum/Gardens/Dome. Short bus ride from Shinkansen station takes you near to the hotel, then about 3 mins walk. Staff very friendly - not much English but has a little translation machine. Gave excellent recommendation for an Okonomiyaki restaurant about 5 minutes walk away - definitely the real deal, better than the tourist places near the Peace Gardens or at the station.

“Great hotel in Hiroshima”

Amazing hotel in Hiroshima. Every staff we´ve met were incredibly friendly, rooms are spacious, super clean, beds comfortable, coin laundry machines and dryers available on the ground floor, ice dispenser and coffee in the morning for free. Every day you receive a new bag full of towels, coffee and tea and amenities, which is a nice touch. Short walk to tram station, supermarkets and Peace memorial park. Highly recommend staying in this hotel.

Highly recommended, roughly a 12-minute walk from Hakata Station, very comfortable rooms, and we had an excellent view. The room was very spacious. It is in a great location for getting around.

“Great location choice for Hiroshima”

Excellent mid-price hotel, in a perfect location for the centre of Hiroshima, the hotel itself is fairly new, modern a nd very clean. The staff were very helpful, it is a 15-minute walk to the Peace Museum and A bomb dome. It is also a short taxi ride from Hiroshima station, and close by are tram stops if you are planning to catch the ferry to Mijiyama.
