Size of room was very good, modern facility, separate toilet room was appreciated, beds were comfortable, well stocked. Very easy to get to via bus from Hiroshima station.

“I forgot a bag in the room and it never appeared.”
We left a bag with gifts and souvenirs, books, and a disposable camera in the room. I understand it was my mistake, but we gave notice twenty minutes after checkout, when we were already on our train. But I can't understand why the bag didn't appear. It's a shame, because the hotel is fine, but I don't think it's professional or ethical to tell me the bag isn't there. Honestly, I don't trust this hotel at all.

Clean and tidy area from building entrance to the room with modern decoration. The self checkin system is acceptable. The room we booked is very spacious, my family enjoyed cooking there with sufficient utensils available. It also provides free parking slot nearby. Tbh I had the best sleep staying in this hotel for my 8 days trip, definitely recommending this.

The room was ok, and there was a washing machine at the premises, but the clothes came out smelling like they had been left in the washer overnight. Otherwise, we had a good stay.

Lovely room, comfortable beds with new linen, fantastic bathroom. The whole place was spotlessly clean and a quiet location. Kitchen utensils etc sufficient for the number of persons to be accommodated.

Spacious and big room. Very comfortable and there was nothing to complain. Value for money and comparable - if not better - to most hotel standards. Two washing machine/dryers available for laundry use (we never had to wait).

fantastic room- very clean and comfortable. Had all the necessary amenities for our family. The checkin process was generally straight forward and I had no problems following the instructions. The carpark coupon for use was also much appreciated.
