“Amazing hotel with incredible staff and amazing location. So comfortable as well!”
The location was amazing, close to the river and also close to the lively entertainment district and a 20 minute walk to the peace museum. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful and even made sure I got something delivered to me that I had ordered from the United States and needed to be shipped to Japan to their hotel. The room was fantastic and was spacious and came equipped with everything you would ever need.

The staff were friendly and helpful. This isn't new to Japan. There were three of us, and the room was a bit small. Everything else was fine.

“Friendly and helpful English speaking staff, comfortable and clean room in a good location.”
The English speaking staff were very friendly and helpful. Our initial room was smelling of dampness, the staff were quite happy to move us to an alternative room. The room was comfortable and clean and large enough for two people. The riverside location was good and it was an easy walk to most attractions.
