Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. It is well located, few min walk to Atom Park and Museum. A konbini right next to the hotel.

“Basic - Avoid breakfast”
Great location. Easy to get to on tram from Osaka Station. Short walk to all the sights at the Peace Park. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Very basic room but adequate.

Close to the Memorial Park and plenty of shops. Very welcoming and helpful staff, with tea bags/coffee/toiletries and many more things available at reception. The room was modern and clean, and more spacious than the other rooms in Japan we've stayed in. The bed was large and comfortable, and we got a great night's sleep.

“Great location but needs a facelift”
Location was amazing and we did get a room on a higher floor, allowing for some decent city views. Room was also massive in comparison to the other hotels we had stayed at.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. What really stood out, though, was the staff — they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere felt warm and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was big enough and very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient experience.
