Such good value for money and a 10 minute walk from the Hiroshima Peace Park. Really nice chill out area by reception too. It’s excellent value for money.

This is my 2nd time staying in Comfort Hotel. Simply because few major reason. The hotel is clean and the staff is kind and friendly. This hotel have most of the facility like storage locker, washing machine and etc. It's also most of the strategic location. I love the Cafe at Level 3 especially breakfast is good and delicious. Even if I want to do my work at level 3 cafe is very quiet and bright enough. Will come again in future.

Close walking distance to most things in Hiroshima. Street car stop almost directly outside the door. Good restaurants around area. Rooms were a good size and well decorated. Staff were super helpful.

The breakfast had such a large variety and I was impressed that there was fruit and juice. It was easy to get to from the bus and train station and quite walkable to major attractions.

Small comfortable room. Was big enough for me as a solo traveller. Breakfast was a good mix of Japanese and western food. Standard Japanese unit bathroom was small but had good hot water pressure

Good hotel in a good location stayed during a busy week so found the breakfast time a little overwhelming but would recommend the hotel and would stay again.

The rooms and hotels were very clean, the staff exceptionally helpful, laundry facilities easy to use and convenient. Try to use the laundry mid morning and early morning and arvo/nights are busy. Buffet breakfast is good, nothing fancy but enough choices to suit a multitude of nationality’s. The afternoon lemon water is so good! My kids were obsessed. Was a lovely experience and I would 100% rebook. Beds in twin room were 2 very small doubles, easily fit an adult and a 11 year old and an adult and 12 year old in the other. Very conveniently located to popular shopping areas, peace monument, rail cars and kombini.

Location was great so handy for walking to shops plus tram station nearly outside the front … brilliant. All staff so friendly & obliging. Breakfast was great catering for all needs. For the amount you pay per night it’s certainly value for money.
