The staff was very nice, the showers are private and the whole bag full of free stuff you get is great! Also you can lock your luggage under your bed.

“Single room for the price of capsule.”
Excellent amenities for the price paid. New set of Pyjamas, towel, brush, razor, toothbrush and toothpaste provided daily. Highly recommend the superior capsule as you get your private space for your bags and other personal item. Excellent shower as they use the Refa shower head. The location is great as it's just opposite a tram station. Separate locker for shoes ensures no smelly shoes inside the sleeping area. Complimentary coffee available in the lounge area. The receptionist speaks English well. We are allowed to store our luggage before and after check-in

“Definitely recommend”
The capsule was comfortable and big enough. It was very quiet. Lots of toilets abd showers with everything you could need. Good location and not far to walk to Hiroshima station. It's also possible to walk to Peace Park or easily take the street car. Definitely recommend it.

The public area is always cleaned. The facilities are new as well (however depends on what floor and type of room). Very good price for stayovers.
