“Good location, free happy hour drinks !”

Great location, about mid way between the train station and the castle grounds. Loved being able to select my own type of pillow. Breakfast buffet was adequate (not huge). Free drinks at happy hour were a bonus. Didn't use the communal bath but there is only one so separate times for women and men. Nice to have a table and bench seat in the room. Bus stop is right outside. Highly recommend getting bus to the rice paddy art at Inakadate. Incredible ! There is also a free foot bath next to the rice paddy art.

Centrally located in Hirosaki for main high street, shops and walkable to Hirosaki Castle . Wonderful welcome, small business style hotel but with lovely touches that made you feel right at home from happy hour drinks when checking in ( local sake/ cider / apple juice )and a fantastic pillow selection to ensure you get the perfect nights sleep.

Nice location, close to the station and to the restaurants area. 15 min walk from Hirosaki castle. Very clean, with good breakfast buffet changing every day. Small but nice and refreshing thermal baths. Friendly staff.

The hotel chain, Super Hotels, has a great breakfast selection, focused on natural ingredients and local delicacies. Also, when you arrive at this particular chain, they give you a welcome drink at the bar, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. When I was there, they had several different types of local apple juices, a speciality of Aomori prefecture - a bit like wine-tasting but with apple juices! I also liked the fact that there was an onsen bath, although it's a public bath it's well worth it.

The rooms were comfortable and the onsen was extremely relaxing. You're also able to choose your own pillows in case you want some more.

I loved the customer service the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. On multiple occasions the staff went out of their way to help me or explain things the best they could in English!
