I loved everything: from the room, the yukata, and the TV near the bathtub, to all the facial oil products and skincare items like the masks. Every detail was truly appreciated and made the experience even more special. A special thank you goes to Wataru, who was always available to take you to the different places in Hirosaki you wished to visit and was attentive to every need. As I said, we will definitely come back! either alone or with my husband!

Spacious and comfortable, with great amenities and undercover onsite parking with direct room access, exactly what we needed travelling with lots of ski gear. Wataru and all the staff were fantastic. They went over and above to make our stay memorable. The breakfast delivered to our room every morning was delicious, the perfect way to start our day before heading off to ski at the surrounding resorts. Wataru gave great onsen and restaurant recommendations, and helped to make dinner reservations. The staff made us feel very special, helping to prepare a lovely surprise for our anniversary celebration.

Exceptional services and room for the price. The room was full of useful amenities and more than enough water/drinks (tea, coke, bottled water included). Extremely cosy especially during the cold winter nights. Our host Wataru was extremely helpful and welcoming, even providing us a lift to Hirosaki station on the morning of our check-out. I would recommend this stay to anyone staying in the Hirosaki area.

Great host, Wataru! Upgraded us to a Zen Suite which was amazing. He organised breakfast for us even though it wasn't part of our package. Great location to visit Mt Iwaki, Iwakiyama shrine Anmon Falls. There was grilled mountain sweet corn on the way with queues of people buying mountain vegetables. We only had an hour in Hirosaki. We bought famous Aomori apple pastries and enjoyed them at the Hirosaki Botanical Park in front of the Castle. Starbucks coffee car park is free for 1st hour. Wish we had more time to visit more places! We will definitely try to come back.

Everything was great. Room was beautifully done up and clean. Didn't feel weird/awkward at all even though we found out it's used as a love hotel.

Everything was perfect, starting with the friendliness of the staff - not only the hotel manager, but also the girl at the reception and the punctual lady who delivered breakfast and the cleaning lady who run so fast to call reception when I arrived. There is great attention to details. Room is very charming, it has all amenities and more. The bed was super comfortable. The garden is a magic corner
