Breakfast buffet-style was included. Options were a more limited for vegetarians like myself, but I did not go without. Burdock/gobo salad is always a hit with me : D

“Good for 1 night”
It was clean. The 24hrs coffee, tea and drink bar which also has some mini packages with miso soup. Ice machine. Good temperature in the room. Good location. For being free, I had no issues with the breakfast (except for other business hotels offer fresh/grounded coffee and not just powder). Few but good Japanese hot dishes and veggies.

We booked the wrong dates but the staff member was very helpful and changed our booking when we arrived. Very grateful to him! Breakfast has a nice curry.

“Normal hotel with a really good price and a comfy location”
Although the hotel was really old, it was comfortable with all the services included. The breakfast was a normal buffet, but was good. The personnel wasn't the best communicating in english, but i think it is mostly a hotel for business people and for locals, so no problem about that. The location is not exactly the closest one to the station neither the closest to the castle and the attractions. It is just in the middle and we chose it for that, because it was easir for us just to walk to any point.

Nice staff. There is a variety of shampoos to choose from. Walking distance to the station and the castle. Good breakfast but not many varieties. Fast internet

“Great value for price”
I got my own room with a private bathroom and breakfast for a price that fits a dorm bed in most places. The room was a bit old but very clean and equipped. Considering that price the location was more than decent - 15 min from the train station, 15 min from the castle and very close to where restaurants are. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

The hotel was close both to the train terminal and the Hirosaki Castle. It had a buffet breakfast and overall wasn't bad for the price. They allowed leave our bads in the hotel a couple of hours after the check out.

“Quirky, interesting hotel but a bit frosty in terms of customer service”
Free bathroom amenities and even soft toys for the kids to borrow . Breakfast was simple but very nice . The kids loved the free hot chocolate . Laundry facilities were also good
