The most amazing view right in front of the intermediate+ surf spot. Basic, clean rooms. Nice staff. Unfortunately breakfast was not available during our stay which was a shame because it is one of the best views in hiriketiya.

Incredible view watching the surf from our bedroom, lovely selection for breakfast, perfect location next to beach and short walk to everything. We went to Dots for a night out and also joined a hostel and went to doctors house, The Ruin is close for amazing cocktails. Staff so helpful, we will be back.

Really only stay here if you want to be right on the seafront. Note that you can't enter the water there due to the rocks and sea urchins.

The property had an amazing location with a fantastic view. It was in a quiet area next to a very lovely restaurant RAA, but walking distance of 5 min to the town. Breakfast was always served at the beach on their terrace. Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay here.

Very friendly and helpful staff, we had some issues with transport to our next hotel, and they offered to help. Very kind.

The most stunning location, staff were so lovely and accomodating, would absolutely stay again! The restaurant area out the front is more beautiful than any of the expensive waterfront resorts and you can access it anytime - surf break directly out the front!
