“Beautiful but very noisy.”
The location is excellent, it's a short walk from two very lovely beaches and all the shops. The food, when it eventually arrives was good here. The staff are really friendly and trying their best.

The huts are very nice and comfortable, the view is stunning, and the location is convenient since it's located between two nice beaches. If you want nice pictures for Instagram and a hot spot for beaches, this might be a place for you! However...

“Disappointing”
Very loud music playing on multiple nights right outside of the bedrooms, which have no sound insulation. There was also building works taking place outside the room overnight on one of the nights we stayed. Customer service was extremely poor - we tried repeatedly to speak to management about the noise issues but they never got in touch with us. Cleaning of the room was not offered as standard. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned.

The property was amazing, right by the beach with excellent views and beautiful facilities to enjoy such as common sitting areas and its own small balcony. The breakfast which were included in our case were exceptional with large portion sizes and amazing quality.

It has a really nice view and a good restaurant. You can reach Hiriketiya beach and Dickwella beach in 10 min walking
