“Has loads of potential”
This property has so much potential but u would think it has just opened as somethings not complete, but other things old. The rooms need more furnishing eg somewhere to put ur bags. A chair or lounge upstairs. It had great views and a little outside of town which I thought was better. Easy to walk in or 500 or less for a tuktuk . Shower was good.

Check in was at 2 pm and We arrived at 3 pm and the room was only ready at 3 45 pm. I had 3 rooms and only 1 was ready.

“Probably the nicest hotel we stayed at in sri lanka. Smiling staff and nice rooms.”
We had two different rooms during our stay and they were both nice. And spacious. Probably our nicest hotel in sri lanka. The manager spoke some english and was polite and smiling. Others did not speak english but were nice people.

“Could be better”
The people working there are very helpful and when my ac was not working they fixed it like at midnight. They also packed me breakfast for my early flight, really nice.
