Clean room and facilities, as well as a kitchen. Lovely location away from the busier streets but still a close walk to hiriketiya beach and close to blue beach. The family were so welcoming, I really enjoyed my stay!

“Nature stay”

I loved the fact it was inside the jungle, but within a walking distance to local beaches, restaurants, and spas. It's run by a sweet and welcoming family, it's quiet all you hear is nature sounds.

I stayed in the 4 bed mixed dorm. The room/beds were comfortable and clean. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The building was about a 10 min was to the beach but away from main area. There were cafes and coffee shops nearby.

The family is Lovely! Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay.

“Beautiful homestay in nice location”

Lovely family, we were greeted by the cutest kid who showed us the room. The room was clean and modern with great AC. The location was great, just a 10 minute walk to the beach and main area. Also some restaurants and cafés on the way to the main area. Also very good wifi. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Nice location outside from the centre about 15 minutes walking, but really nice and you feel deep into in jungle

The hosts were very friendly & kind and even helped us lots when one of us stood on an urchin and had to do backyard foot surgery to remove the spines - the host brought some fruit and tea to ease the pain. The roo was was very nice, and quite private - and the open air bathroom was a unique experience to see the monkeys from the shower. Great location to be further away from the town on New Years Night, was quiet and secluded. Bed was comfy and loved having a mosquito net that didnt get all tangled in our feet. Loved the kindness and welcoming nature of the family here.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. Everything was super clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The family who runs it made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, and overall everything was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

“The best so far in Sri Lanka”

I was greeted so warmly. My room was presented very clean, spacious, super comfortable, seriously 2 of the best most deep sleeps I have had in very long time. They even prepared a fruit bowl and glass of Pepsi upon arrival. Really genuine polite couple & 2 beautiful children. Locations is amazing, next to delicious restaurant “Freedom Cafe”. Highly suggest to stay here.

Linu and her family were the sweetest family we stayed with so far ! Linu’s small daughters were constantly picking flowers for my friend and me and chatting with us. The location so close to the beach is also wonderful. Extremely peaceful place. They also got us a very fair price on a Tuk Tuk

Such a cute home stay, and super private! Great location - everything you need is within walking distance. Amazing value for money, only downside is no A/C, but the fan did the trick tbh. Highly recommend.

The family is just a wonderful family! Very kind, I felt very welcomed there! The place is a calm place in the nature where you can see the monkeys! I would definetely come again, thanks for everything!

Located amongst the vegetation and a short walk from the nearby beaches, run by a helpful and kind family. Highly recommend and good value for money.

“A nice, peaceful stay out of the main bustle of Hiriketiya but close enough to be convenient.”

The location is good, if you enjoy being among nature and to be away from the hustle - it is quiet and set amongst the green in the jungle, in an area of mostly local houses. It was a 15/20 min walk down to the Main Hiriketiya beach and most of the eateries and bars. Close to Blue Beach turnoff. A really affordable stay with a kind family, who let me use the kitchen, offered laundry services and one night asked me to eat a yummy home cooked meal with them. Their children are so sweet and bring a nice energy to the homestay! The room was away from their main house (up above), so felt private, with a little table outside on the roof to sit undercover from the sun in the day. It's very chill. Simple housings, but comfortable. There is a fan and decent space for luggage. I enjoyed my time here! Thank you for having me :)
