“Genuinely lovely people”
The staff here are so friendly. We arrived wjth a 9 month old baby and they couldn’t be more accommodating including looking after him while we had breakfast two days in a row. The location is perfect and the rooms comfortable and clean but frankly the staff made it

Staff were super helpful and kind. Great location, super close to everything but still felt quiet/out of town. Bed was comfy/good shower and balcony! There was also a free water station downstairs which was a real win!

This hotel was the absolute best! The hosts were so so lovely and helpful. I stepped on a sea urchin during my trip and the hosts really went out of their way to check in on me during my stay. The breakfast included was such a large portion and so so tasty! The location of the hotel was also in the perfect spot. I couldn’t recommend this stay more!

Great hotel with big spacious rooms, a very short walk to the beach with loads of cafes/shop nearby. Staff were really helpful, and also includes a big breakfast

Amazing location and staff. Was very clean and organised. So good with the kids. All the staff were friendly and up for a chat. even including ravi on nightshift. Couldn’t have felt safer.

“Fantastic stay in Hiriketiya”
I had a fantastic stay at House on the Bend. The staff were very friendly and prepared a fantastic breakfast each morning. The room was large, modern and very clean and the air-con worked well. The location was also great, as a very close walk to the beach and many restaurants but quiet.

We had a great stay at House on the Bend. The hosts were very friendly and nice. The breakfast was lovely, we told the lady one of us was gluten free - and the next day she went out of her way to make rice hoppers. They were delicious! The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants. The room had very comfy double beds and a nice, modern bathroom. We would definitely come back!

“comfortable place and friendly hosts”
Lovely and very clean place and the hosts are very friendly! Our room was very clean, water was hot and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast is amazing!
