“Great location”
We had a really good stay overall and especially loved the location—it was so convenient and made getting around easy. It could be a little noisy on some nights, but that’s to be expected when you’re staying closer to town. We did have a hiccup with our travel plans and needed to change our dates (cutting our stay short) after booking the wrong flight, but the manager was incredibly helpful in sorting everything out for us and even assisted with transport, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself could use a little bit of TLC, but our room was perfectly adequate and clean, which is what matters most. Considering there are limited options in Hiriketiya, this was a solid choice and we were happy with our stay.

Hotel staff and manager are super helpful and friendly! I stayed here for 5 days and I felt so welcomed and comfortable the entire time. It's just a short walk to the beach which was ideal for me as thats where I spent most of my days 😆😍

“Scam/fraud”
They scammed me. The room that I chose and paid for was an entirely different room than the one that was given to me- I chose for my self their double deluxe room and ended up getting the smallest room they had. They refused to accommodate or refund my money, SCAMMERS

“Fantastic location in Hiriketiya”
The hotel is in an awesome location and for us it was nice and quiet, in room 201. We had a balcony, it was not big enough to sit out on, but good to dry clothes. The pool was clean and great for afternoon swims. We had nice club sandwiches by the pool. So many good little restaurants and cafes near by. The best cafe is Dunnies Hoppers and Coffee, amazing food and coffee which is near the driveway to the hotel. The hotel could improve its rating dramatically if it was cleaner and breakfast improved.

Gorgeous hotel! Looks even better in person, the rooms were modern, clean and spacious. Great location just off the main road down to the beach, 5mins walk to the beach. Staff were helpful and breakfast was lovely. Cute resident dogs too!

“It was a disaster”
I rented a motorbike from them that worked quite well. The only downside was that the headlight and the turn signals were not working properly. They provided beach towels and changed the towels every day. The swimming pool was clean.

“Enjoyable stay, ideal location, pool, great breakfast buffet.”
Fantastic location just off Hiriketiya Rd and a very short walk (maybe 150m) to the beach and right amongst lots of shops and cafes. Down a short lane beside Duni’s Hoppers. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they literally jumped every time we asked a question. Breakfast was delicious Sri Lankan food, buffet style. Relaxing to sit by the pool and swim. Well priced drinks at the bar. Had quite a boutique feel about it.
