“Good but could be better”
Located next to the prettiest part of town with great access to lovely cafes and close to the beach. The area is also private and quiet and you can see monkeys easily. The room and bathroom are nicely decorated and there is always help whenever you need it.

Great value for price, we liked the location (little bit off the main road, but it’s a nice walk to the beach and you can see a lot of animals).

located off the noisy part but still close to the busy streets you feel like your in the jungle it was so peaceful and quiet with loads of birds The garden is beautiful The room was super clean and comfortable It was my favourite place here :) can only recommend

“Peaceful”
This was an oasis in Hiriketiya. Just a 5-10 minute walk from the main beach, and you are transported into a peaceful jungle with so much beautiful wildlife. The Host Paba, was a lovely host who always checked in to see how we were and to see if you needed anything. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

This was one of the best stays for us in Sri Lanka! The outside area is amazing with such a nice view and the family is really kind. Highly recommend this place, especially for people who want to escape the busy, touristic city.

Best value for money I’ve had so far in Sri Lanka. Huge rooms. The brushed concrete bathroom feels more premium than grotty tiles. And the warmest smile from my host on entry, who was waiting for me out on the road in the rain with an extra umbrella for me

The house and the room are great, with a very comfortable bed. It’s extremely peaceful, surrounded by birds, squirrels, monkeys, and peacocks — truly amazing. The owner is lovely and very welcoming.

“Relaxing, idyllic, surfing”
The garden and setting was beautiful. The location was amazing, secluded but also close to the beach and Hiriketiya Beach Road which had all the best restaurants on it (better than the main strip). The owners were also lovely and friendly. It was also great that each villa/ room had its own little bit of outside space which comes handy when staying at the beach.
