“Nice relaxing spot with good access to beaches.”

Quiet location with lots of cafes & restaurants walking distance. With few bookings during my stay it was very peaceful. Had a female dorm to myself.

“Awefull experience”

Their was a small problem after we checked out en the staff was so rude to us. They even treathed us that we had to pay and made us feel very on save. We don’t recommend stay Here as there are way beter places around Hiriketiya

The room was nice and clean and the stuff was very friendly. They were doing some renovations so I was the only guest there, so the owner was kind enough to change my reservation to 1 instead of 2.

The staff were very helpful, Felix and the others really care about the place which shows. I felt very at home straight away, he even went out and bought dinner as it was raining. There is yoga in the morning and a lovely dog around.

Everything about it was amazing. Natasha and Lisa were so nice and helpful all the time. Very nice family vibes. Totally recommend it for solo travelers. I would happily go back.

Everything was perfect !! The people who work there are lovely and make you feel at home. The common areas are nice, the atmosphere is chill and everyone does activities together. It’s great to have drinking water available! I loved my stay here, thank you for everything again.

I was traveling across the whole country on the cheapest budget and that was by far my favorite place to stay! Comfy, cute, relaxed and fantastic and positive people! Thank you so much guys 🫶

The staff is great and made the experience so much better, it truly is a hostel arrange for backpackers, and they know all the best spots, no wonder there are people that come over and over again. I would come back if I could :)

“A home away from home!”

The vibe, the people, the staff, the place… everything! It really makes you feel like home! Lisa and Natasha do a wonderful job to keep the place tidy and more importantly, to create a feeling of community while staying at BUNK15. No matter if you stay for just 1 night or 1 week, you will feel it the moment you enter the hostel. It is not a party hostel, which I liked. There are always events to socialize, share dinner, and get to meet like-minded people. Also, a HUGE PLUS: there is a common kitchen all guests can use so you also share a lot of moments in the common dining room/chilling area. Would definitely recommend and wished I could stay longer!

This is a great hostel conveniently located near the beach. The staff at this hostel are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here!

“Best hostel we had in Sri Lanka”

Great value for money. The hostel immediately feels like home and is very spacious. They offer plenty of things to do and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The dorms can get a bit hot since there's no AC, but they have plenty of fans. Loved all the recommendations for things to do in Hirikyati and Dikwella. Very friendly atmosphere, I'd recommend this hostel if you're travelling solo.

I loved my stay here! The staff at this place are so lovely, I felt welcome the moment I arrived. Felix was my absolute hero when I lost my phone!! The place has a very cosy feel and I would recommend for solo travellers who aren’t looking for too much party but would appreciate some social options - they seem to organise something each evening which I liked. There is also a lovely yoga offer for the morning and it’s a short walk to the beaches, coffee, bus stops etc.

Great people, very social hostel and perfect location! The people working here are super nice and helpful. They give you recommendations on where to go (hidden gems). Short but great stay!
