The property was very far from the main area. In terms of facilities, they didn’t have the bar running. There was some renovation work going on, the food provided was not up to the mark. They switch off all outdoor lights at 6pm so we couldn’t sit outside to enjoy the view or the stay facilities. Only one guard stayed back with dogs and cats inside the premises. It was more of a sleep only space than a beach club which it claims to be. We spent way more than we got.

“Beautiful”

Lovely hidden gem just a 5 minute walk from Hiriketiya beach. The hotel pool is beautiful and spacious for a swim away from the surfers. The sun loungers looking out at the sea were great for relaxing. The staff were friendly. The rooms are quirky and the bed was soooo comfy. I would recommend staying here in Hiriketiya.

Small boutique hotel, with friendly staff. Unique design, fabulous swimming pool and quiet location with easy access into town.

Belika exceeded our expectations. It is in the perfect location for anyone who wants to be an easy 5 min walk away from hiriketiya, in a really peaceful location overlooking the sea. It is only three bedrooms so never feels too busy, and although peple come during the day to use belika’s pool, there are always sunbeds reserved for hotel guests. The owner was so lovely, and all the staff are great and very helpful. We really loved our stay, and were so grateful for the extra touches Belika made to our room as we were on our honeymoon. If we are lucky enough to come back to Sri Lanka, we will 100% be returning to Belika Beach.

The views were incredible and the bed is raised to really appreciate this. The staff are lovely and so are the breakfasts. The location is excellent- just over 5 mins into Hiriketya. The pool area and sun heds are also lovely.

We stayed in the villa adjacent to the hotel - spacious, 4 large bedrooms with fans and aircons, clean big bathrooms with showers, open plan lounge kitchen. Use of lovely pool at hotel. Short 10 minute walk to main beach and restaurants, but drinks and snacks available at hotel during day. Loved staying in villa as.we were group.of 5 friends together.

“Perfect place to stay for visiting Hiriketiya!”

Perfect location less than 10 mins walk to Hiriketiya beach. Views incredible and rooms were v clean with a large comfy bed and great shower! Staff were great, friendly and helped arrange a safari trip and onward tranpsort when we checked out. Rooms had everything you would need - kettle, tea/coffee etc provided, hair dryer, safe and mini fridge with filtered water which was topped up when needed. There was also filtered water provided for kettle. Wish we had stayed longer!

Air conditioning is very low in the day time is the only bad thing about this place other than that it's a top notch place.
