The accommodation house offers an apartment with wooden floors and a balcony. The Mayrhofen-Penken Ski Area can be reached within a 15-minute drive with a free ski bus directly from the property. The bright apartment features a fully equipped and very spacious kitchen with a fridge and a dishwasher. The living room comes with satellite TV and a seating area. 2 bathrooms with a shower or a tub are provided on site. A fireplace helps to create a cosy atmosphere. The apartment rate is already including the final cleaning fee. A sun terrace with BBQ facilities can be used by all guests. Landhaus Katharina bis 12 Personen mit Saunachalet und Blick auf die Bergwelt des Zillertals features a sauna and table tennis facilities. Calm location located 5 minutes by car from Möslbahn (Mayrhofen-Hippach). The apartment is spacious, clean and as a bonus there is table tennis and sauna.

“Perfect stay in Zillertal”
The house is perfect :) It is big enough for 3 families, has a spacious terrace and multiple balconies where you can enjoy magnificent views. The house is well equipped and spotless clean. It is conveniently located, you can walk in the forest behind it, meet squirrels, foxes and Alpine chamois :) On the other hand in order to get to any bakery/supermarket you need to drive 10 minutes down into the valley (or take a bus). Owners are super friendly and helpful!

Really nice location,really nice owners ,we' ve even received a welcome package from the owners.Everything is clean and comfortable. Accomodation is suitable for up to 3 families. Nice location in Zillertal for the trips with Active Card. We really enjoyed our stay!

“Above all expectations”
The house was specious, clean, comfortable and had all the facilities needed for a large group- large siting areas inside and outside,washing machine, two showers, 3 bathrooms, two refrigerators, fully equipped kitchen and a game area for the children. The view was stunning The wi-fi was good enough The owner was nice, welcoming and helpful We had an amazing time

“Great location with amazing views”
The location was great, easily accessible by car. There was enough space to park multiple vehicles. The rooms, kitchen, and baths were clean. The bedrooms, living room, and terraces were satisfactory. Each room had a balcony with amazing views, which we enjoyed throughout our stay. Also, there was an option for the BBQ and Suna. There was an outdoor area for kids with many board games, toys, and activities to keep the kids busy. The area had many activities, like hiking trails, easily accessible waterfalls, paragliding, zipline, glacier tours, and much more. TBH we were not expecting to do much, but we thoroughly enjoyed all the activities.
