Overview
Built in typical Tyrolean style, Hotel Neue Post is located in the centre of Hippach in the Ziller Valley. It features a spa area with an indoor pool, an à la carte restaurant with a terrace, and rooms with a mountain-view balcony. Half-board includes a buffet breakfast and a 5-course dinner with a dessert buffet. In summer, you can sit outside on the terrace, while the children have fun on the playground. There is a gala dinner once a week. Spa facilities include a relaxation area with panoramic mountains views, 2 saunas, an aroma steam bath, a salt chamber, a hot tub and an infrared cabin. There is also a fitness room and a play room for children. In summer, bicycles are provided free of charge at Hotel Neue Post, and the nearby tennis court can be used for free. A public outdoor pool is 100 metres away. In winter, the free ski bus to the local cable car leaves every 30 minutes right from the hotel.

“Amazing hotel in the Austrian Alps.”
Staff were amazing, and everyone was so helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. Food was very fulfilling and extremely tasty. Facilities were exactly as shown. Area was quiet and peaceful. Local transport is just a 5 minute walk making the rest of the area accessible.

“It was OK”
Very clean room. The breakfast was really good, while the dinner was OK. A lot of food, but weird combinations (eg. steak with strawberries & melon ). The SPA area had a lot of space

“Excellent service and wellness”
Very friendly and helpful staff, switched my room to suit my length regarding the bed! Nice swimming pool with very good showers. Half board included a 6-course diner and an excellent breakfast! They also will mail your postcards for you. I was here as a stopover, and was actually sorry to leave. Would have liked to stay longer. The bed was very good.

The room was a decent size for two and the food was plentiful for breakfast and the evening meal. the hotel is situated in a decent location for the resorts in the Zillertal. but we had a car. However, the ski bus stopped right outside.

“4 beautiful nights in December 2021”
I stayed at the Neue Post, with my wife, for 4 nights in December 2021... leaving on Christmas Eve. Every aspect about this hotel was exceptional and we enjoyed every single minute of our stay there. All of the employees were efficient and friendly... receptionists, housekeeping, bar & restaurant staff. The hotel owner made a point of talking to us and making sure we were happy with everything. We were more than happy. The breakfasts were varied, plentiful and of great quality. The dinner (included in our half board package) was superb!!! We'd like to say a personal 'thank you' to the chef who provided us with such delicious food every night. The menu was amazing and what was served never disappointed. The dinner was 5 (or 6, if you had enough room for the cheese board) course... a beautiful salad table choice, a starter, soup, main course and dessert. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the Ramsau-Hippach station on the Zillertalbahn, which we reached after flying into Salzburg from Edinburgh and taking the train via Jenbach. Many thanks and Happy New Year to everyone at the Neue Post.
