“So happy I found this place.”
The premium twin room with private hot spring is worth every single penny, great location, spacious, even the amenities provided are good quality. The private hot spring bath at this price point (~10k JPY) is great value for money as I don't like public bath and renting a private room in an onsen would costs around ~8k JPY just for 1.5-2 hours of use. I'm already planning my next stay here.

“Close walk to the station, castle and shops. All you need.”
The staff made this place 5 stars. Not only did one speak perfect English, she bent over backwards to assist me when the washing machine was acting up. She later gave great assistance when I needed to send mail overseas. The private jacuzzi was ok, if a little cold, but the bedroom was fine.

“Recommended”
Very nice hotel with onsen and sauna. Amenities such toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body cream, pijama, slippers,.etc. Microwave in the room, aswell as a mini fridge with small frizer but with good power, actually, frozen the water and also a kettle. Coffee and tea for free. They clean the room every day, if you want (something that in Japan is not so commun). Perfect location, behind the train station.

The hotel was very close to the station which made it easy to get to with luggage and general travel. The room fit a family of 5 (3 kids under 11). The kids loved the bath and the hotel had public bath on top floor.

onsen on 14th floor was great after a day of sightseeing. Great location 4 minutes from station. Great being able to walk over to awesome Himeji Castle.

“Excellent hotel next to train station”
Close to train station, there’s a shortcut next to the Hotel Nikko . small room, double bed but has microwave, slippers and Pajama. There is an onsen but didn’t have time to check it out. Close to mini grocery. Staff were friendly. Booked nonsmoking room

The staff was very kind and attentive, the room was clean and had everything we needed. Plus the location of the hotel is very close to the station which makes it easier to navigate the city.
