“Good location but subpar breakfast”
The hotel is in a great location with the train stationa and Himeji castle within walking distance. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, with the main shopping area just down the street.

Between main station and Himeji castle, reachable by foot, market street nearby, quick check-in and check-out. Small fridge in the room. Staff was friendly. Very affordable. Elegant receiption area.

Early check in even for a fee! It really helped reduced what I had to drag around so I could go enjoy the city!

“Good solid place to stay in Himeji”
Perfect location, the room wasn’t as small as I was expecting and the facilities were good. My boyfriend is 6’5 and other than the door and ceilings being low (as with everywhere) we agreed it was a good stay.

The location was good. Himeji is great and it is easy to walk everywhere from the hotel. It was a short walk from the station and to the Himeji castle. We found some great restaurants during our stay.

“Great location.”
Great location 7 mins walk from the station. Clean, functional and good value. Opt for the excellent breakfast which offered a great choice of foods at Y1500 per person. Try the little locals Izakaya restaurant across the street which did amazing food with great hosts. It’s the one with the clear plastic sheeting, beer barrels with small tables and chairs by the roadside. No English menu but follow the locals. They also do craft beers but also less pricey Kirin lager if you ask.
