Zacharias Apartments is one of those places that surprises you — quietly, warmly, in the best possible way. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel at home. He walked us through everything with patience and care — breakfast arrangements, nearby beaches, local tips — and answered every question we had without us ever feeling like we were imposing. The apartment itself is spotless, with spacious bathrooms that felt like a genuine luxury after days of mountain driving. The property has its own garden, alive with flowering plants, herbs, fruit and vegetables, and there's something genuinely lovely about sitting in it with a morning coffee while the day warms up around you. Livadhi Beach is just a 10-minute walk away — close enough that you can nip back for lunch and return for the afternoon. We were so comfortable here that we seriously considered extending our stay by another night. Only our pre-booked accommodation further along the route stopped us. If you want to be close to the sea without being in the thick of a busy resort, with a kind host and a garden that smells like the Albanian countryside, this is your place. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay!! Our host Polimeris, was really nice and very helpful!! Our room was comfy and clean and with a really charming balcony facing the garden. The breakfast was complete and delicious and it was served in the balcony, which we thought was really nice! Finally it was a 7 min walk to the Livadhi beach!

Staying here was a wonderful time, great location.. The best thing is the owners of this place are super nice, mega helpful and friendly, delicious breakfasts which are served on the balcony of your room!!! Everything was amazing!!!

The host was very attentive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The location was also very convenient. We felt completely at home during our stay. This hotel is perfect, could not recommend it more for a stay in beautiful Himare. Zachariah was an INCREDIBLE host, communication was seamless and he was very accommodating and also a lovely human in general. We had an incredible breakfast every morning with beautiful food and coffee. Air conditioning, bathrooms and bed all fantastic quality and location a 5 minute walk to the beach. Would tell anyone to stay at this accommodation.

We spent two nights at the apartment and loved every second of it. It was extremely clean and the breakfast was amazing, served on the balcony overlooking the garden with the sea in the distance. We also loved the homemade raki that was served as a welcome drink. The service was incredible, so warm and eager to help with anything at all, whether it was a broken phone charger or an early morning breakfast. A huge thank you to the hosts for ensuring we had such a wonderful experience!

A really lovely, quiet place to stay just outside of Himare centre. We loved the beach being so close by with some great restaurants and the hosts were really welcoming. An amazing breakfast that set us up for the day!

This is a wonderful family-run place with an exceptionally kind and attentive host. The apartment was spotless, with daily room service that kept everything sparkling clean. Every morning, we were surprised with fresh coffee and a small dessert, even though breakfast wasn’t included in our booking. When we had a flat tire during our stay, the host went above and beyond to help us—providing everything we needed and making sure the tire was changed and fixed quickly. Their generosity and hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable.

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! The host, Paul and his mother were extremely kind and helped us with everything. Our car broke, so Paul was extremely helpful and offered to take us and pick us up from the center, and took care of our car with the technician while we were gone. -Who would do this?!- They even washed our laundry. THE Breakfast ??? we have never eaten such an amazing and big breakfast! everything was delicious and literally too much for our stomachs ! and everything was homemade and homegrown by them! We could also have vegetarian-vegan options and we got to try and take with us some of their own limoncello and olive oil --de-li-ci-ous! can't wait to visit again this amazing place and people.

The location was perfect. 5 mins walk to beach. Quiet and peaceful location. The host was brilliant and very kind and always happy to help to ensure your stay is comfortable. The apartment is very cheap, tidy and view from balcony is great. Really glad we stayed here
