“Highly recommend”

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Xani in Himarë. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Kostos was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The peaceful location offers beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere, while still being only a short walk from the town center and the beach. We especially appreciated the cleanliness, the private parking, and the warm hospitality that made our stay so enjoyable. Everything was well maintained, and the attention to detail was evident throughout our visit. We would highly recommend Villa Xani to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Himarë, and we would gladly return in the future. Very good value for money. They were building a swimming pool so hope to enjoy it in next visit!

Had a really lovely stay here! The balcony was fantastic — perfect for morning coffee :)Honestly, nothing major — we had a great stay overall. 🙂 The host was amazing, super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We did have a small issue with the toilet at first, but it was fixed quickly, so no complaints there. The location was great too — close enough to walk to the beach, shops, and everything you need, but far enough from the noisy part of Himarë to actually relax and sleep well. And bonus points for the greeting rakë… definitely a memorable welcome! 🍶 Would happily stay again

The place is perfect. Owners are extremely nice. It felt like home. Location is very good. The appartement was really comfy and super clean. Place is really calm !

The property was well furnished, perfect location, best for group travellers. The hosts were lovely and hospitable. It was designed very aesthetically and felt like home. Very homely vibe, one my best stays ever.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchenette is well equipped. The patio is very spacious. Olgeno bus stop is actually at the Big Market (there is no sign anywhere). We already plan to come back here next year.

The owner was so friendly - he gave us homemade raki on arrival and was always on hand. It was so beautiful. Air con very effective in our room, clean tidy comfortable with a nice balcony

The property was very clean. Has WiFi, parking, quiet place, very nice and polite staff. Small kitchen if you want to cook something.

“Great apartment with friendly hosts!”

Host met us upon arrival to hand over the keys. Communication with them was easy & they were very friendly! We drove with a rental car and parking there was easy. Good location on top of a hill (quiet neighbourhood) but only a short 6 min walk to the city beach. Supermarkets are only a few minute walk too. Tap water is drinkable which was very convenient. Rooms were spacious and with AC in the apartment it was very comfortable for 4 people. Cute little outside terrace too for sitting and hanging out :)

“PEACEFUL AND VERY CLEAN ROOM”

Kostas welcomed us immediately and made us feel at home, offered us fresh fruit from his tree and a taste of raki made by him and his father. The double room with kitchen and private bathroom was above our expectations, it was very clean and cared for in detail, the bed very comfortable! The location of the apartment is convenient, in 10 minutes walk you get to the beaches, despite it is immersed in silence and peace. Too bad we only stayed one night! Thank you Kostas!!

Location-wise it is not very close to beach, but somewhat close to multiple beaches offering several options. Cozy terrace

“Excellent hotel!”

When we arrived at Himarë by bus, staff came to bus stop by car and kindly took us to the hotel! They also served welcome drink, Laki! He helped us many times when we stayed. I was so impressed by his hospitality.

We expected to be a good place based on the reviews. Air conditioning did not work and it was 38 degrees . The shower head was leaking and the water was one time cold and one time warm. The host was not polite, only the cleaning lady. I would not recommend.

Really a pleasure to stay at Xani. Very kind host Kostas. Enough room for a family. Extremely clean, over more that 20 years of travelling, we have never ever experienced such level which Kosta´s mom kept in the whole villa. (In my country people use to say "you could eat directly from the flooring":) We loved the views on the town from the terrace (which you cannot enjoy long enough due to mosquitos). We travelled to Livadhi beach which was way nicer than the one in Himare. Car drive is highly recommened instead of going by foot.

Loft apartment modern, spacious and clean. Nice view on the mountain and partially on the sea too. Very comfy mattress The dad welcomed and offered us homemade raki, although not speaking much English, but still very kind and helpful as much has he could. Good location from the town center, 12mins walk.

“We are coming back!”

Service minded and helpful owner - we even got tea every morning! Clean room and our own porcelain. We had our own balcony and could also use the common terrace.
